Loins do not decide
The guest of the program accused the talker of the Sejm of interfering in matters of marshalry and police. Dariusz Ociepa, who runs the program, besides asked about Jarosław Kaczyński's words regarding the alleged torture of Mariusz Kamiński in a criminal institution in Radom. Prison services attempted to feed the imprisoned PiS politician, who conducted a hunger protest. Kaczyński announced that he would press charges against Poland for torture before the institutions of the European Union.
Przemysław Czarnek replied:
If Mr Mariusz Kamiński said that he would agree to intravenous feeding and they tried to install him a probe, then a much worse method for the patient was chosen. But a doctor should be fired.
The PiS politician stressed that the Holovnia was not to regulation but to apply the law only. According to Czarnek, Holownia's decision is against the law and the marshal is obliged to let Wąsik and Kamiński into the Sejm.
After these words, the programme manager Dariusz Ociepa reiterated that, no substance how many times he repeated it, he would not convince Simon Holown. The Marshal considers that the judgement does not give emergence to a mandate to enter the Sejm. In response, Czarnek stated that the marshal commits a crime and inserts Marshal defender and police into it.
Czarnek stressed that he did not know the plans for present Maciej Wąsik and Mariusz Kamiński, but their plan is simple – they are MPs, as confirmed by the Chamber of Control of the Extraordinary ultimate Court and the Election Commission. He pointed out that each associate had a mandate to implement, and that it was a crime to obstruct that exercise. Czarnek suggests that Marshal Simon Holovnia may await legal consequences for not allowing both politicians of the Law and Justice organization to enter the Sejm.
➡️ Addressing the complaint to the order that the mandate of the associate of the Chamber of Labour should be extinguished, not to the Chamber of Control and Public Affairs, is like an effort to acquisition bread in a shoe store alternatively than a bakery store,

Kaczyński's successor? I don't think so.
Czarnek then commented on Jarosław Kaczyński's proposal for a possible list of earlier elections in Poland. Dariusz Ociepa asked whether specified a decision would be beneficial to the Law and Justice, and Przemysław Czarnek replied that constitutional conditions had to be met before specified a decision was taken.
The politician explained that Jarosław Kaczyński meant the anticipation of a state of lawlessness in Poland, which could lead to conflicts in a coalition of eleven parties. In further discussion with Dariusz Ociepa, the erstwhile Minister of Education asked whether he intended to take the function of leader after Jarosław Kaczyński in the event of his retirement.
Przemysław Czarnek assured that Jarosław Kaczyński does not plan to retire, and he himself absolutely does not have specified ambitions. This is an interesting statement, due to the fact that a fewer days ago we wrote about potential successors to KaczyńskiWho declared his departure.
Former Minister of Education noted that Mateusz Morawiecki is 1 of the possible candidates for the next president of the Law and Justice Party. However, Czarnek refused to express his support for the erstwhile Prime Minister on this issue. It is besides worth reminding that many PiS politicians do not consider the leadership of Mateusz Morawiecki to be the most real scenario.
