Difficult self-government elections
One of the first topics raised during the interview was the issue of local elections. Czarnek was asked if his organization had written down these elections as a loss, since the planned "patriotist forces congress" was postponed. The PiS plans to organise this event immediately before the European Parliament elections.
Czarnek, however, calms down that no another organization has presented a letter of electoral to provincial Sejm before PiS. The politician besides believes that the meetings of his organization are of large interest to voters and the organization itself is at an advanced phase of preparation. However, polls do not give the Law and Justice a nationwide advantage, so it is impossible to hide that the upcoming elections will be much harder than the erstwhile ones.
Przemysław Czarnek was besides asked about a alternatively awkward situation erstwhile a group of candidate politicians resigned from putting the organization logo on their posters. Many of them run for election from their own committees. Czarnek reacted to this situation in a alternatively evasive way and stated that the problem concerns many parties.
However, it is hard to estimation what exactly, due to the fact that about removing the logo, among another things, on electoral posters, is spoken and written in the context of the PiS organization only. It is wise to look in the media for any another case of this type.
Rebranding
Some changes in the image of the organization are necessary. They're already designed. said Czarnek. Immediately afterwards, however, he pointed out that a fresh organization would not be created in place of the Law and Justice, although his group could change its name as much as possible.

The condition for the return of the PiS – besides as a formation that will be rebranded – is to keep the unity of this formation as a foundation – added.
However, here, of course, the issue of Jarosław Kaczyński is raised as the head of the party. The interview quoted the words of Prof. Andrzej Nowak, who stated that:
Jarosław Kaczyński, unfortunately, no longer met the large work he took on himself.
Nowak as 1 of the fresh organization leaders has just pointed to Czarnek. However, Przemysław Czarnek explained that the prof. discussed his activity in a broader context without suggesting that he would become the leader of the Law and Justice. He pointed out that although he was referred to as ‘the fighter’, this does not automatically mean his leadership in the party. He stressed the request for many leaders representing different views. He besides made it clear that he did not aspire to the function of leader of the Law and Justice and would not take action in this direction. There is besides no uncertainty that Jarosław Kaczyński should proceed to stay the leader.
Too much optimism
While interviewing, Przemysław Czarnek showed large optimism about the absence of a change in leader. Meanwhile, this change seems crucial to the recovery of the PiS Party. Jarosław Kaczyński changes his head very rapidly about giving up his position, but now the communicative on his part is that he will not leave until he has removed Donald Tusk from power.
According to the latest survey of political preferences for Virtual Poland, the situation for PiS does not look promising. The results propose a deficiency of prospects for the return of the Law and Justice to power in the close future. The Kaczyński organization loses its support.
– I'm not curious in being president of Law and Justice. I am put up by any in a function to which I do not pretend and to which I will never pretend – assures Przemysław Czarnek in a conversation with Virtual Poland.
