Mobilization exercises at the border with Poland. What scenarios will be tested?

Vilmantas Vitkauskas, the head of the Lithuanian National Centre for Crisis Management, reported that from Tuesday, September 29th until October 3rd, there will be mobilization exercises on the Polish-Lithuanian border.
