"Coat Defence Cruisers" for the Polish Navy?

The Americans intend to retreat all their Ticonderoga-type rocket cruisers over the next 5 years. These ships, however, may not even have full swimming opportunities, as they are equivalent to Aegis Ashore's terrestrial systems, with a much larger supply and a choice of usable rockets.
