PIS, alternatively of a reduction, granted farmers an extension of the retirement age of up to 5 years (Before the amendment of the government – until 2017 – farmers could quit early: women aged 55, men aged 60, under 2 conditions: they had to work 30 years on the occupation and could no longer work after retirement. These conditions were met by a large proportion of farmers on household farms... (http://gabrielalenartowicz.pl/ jak-pis-defrauds-farmers/).
Former president of Elewarru Dr Daniel Alain Korona, working with the “Korona” Agricultural Union present on the Service21 website, however, referred to this message by MPs, recalling that:
The Act of 12 May 2012 item 637 on the amendment of the Act on Pensions and Pensions from the Social Insurance Fund and any another laws, i.e. erstwhile the PO-PSL ruled, passed an increase in the retirement age of farmers from 60 years for women and 65 years for men up to 67 years of age (Article 3 of the Act, amending Article 19 of the Act on the social insurance strategy of farmers). The right to early retirement, referred to by PO MPs under this Act, afraid farmers who, by 31 December 2017, met the conditions of earlier age and years of work. Thus, it was PO-PSL who gave farmers an increase in retirement age alternatively than the Law and Justice – as the opposition says. The Act of 16 July 2016 amending the Act on Pensions from the Social Insurance Fund and any another laws changed the retirement age restoring the age of 60 for women and 65 for men. However, the provision passed by the Act of 12 May 2012 temporarily limiting the right to early retirement has not been abolished.
The Crown besides recalled Mr Plocke's message that in 2017 4,000 farmers lost their entitlement to early retirement that:
The provisions on early retirement in 2017 were inactive in force (there was no repeal of Article 19(2) and 2a in the Act so far), and so in 2017 no of the farmers could lose their right to a pension due to a change adopted by the PIS.
Thus, the retirement age of farmers increased not PIS but PO-PSL. Did the PO truly hope that no 1 would pay attention to their fraud?
At the end of the article on Service21, the Crown asks:
How can you believe the opposition erstwhile they have no courage to admit their own decisions and manipulate facts?
