Kłobuck's criminal group broke up a dangerous Ukrainian crime group

Even 20 years imprisonment threatens members of an organized crime group, which was broken up by officers from Kłobuck under the supervision of the Częstochowa prosecution. 3 men of age 39–56 years specialised in breaking into jewelry salons, cantors and private companies throughout Poland. The court has already applied to them 3-month interim detention.

Scale of criminal activities and investigation

Criminals of Kłobuck region Police Headquarters, working with officers Provincial Police Commands in Katowice, conducted a wide-ranging investigation that led to detention of 3 Ukrainian citizens. The operation included three voivodships: Silesian, Łódź and Podkarpackie.

While searching, police officers secure the tools and items utilized to commit crimes. Investigations from August 2024, was based on analysis of many akin cases from all over the country. With the evidence gathered, charges were filed:

  • actions in an organised crime group,
  • thefts with break-ins to jewelry salons, cantors and private companies.

Raw penalties and consequences

At the request of investigators and prosecutors, the court Arrested suspects for 3 months. If they are found guilty, they are threatened. punishment up to 20 years in prison.

This is another example of the effectiveness of Polish police in the fight against organised crime. Criminal bullying activities confirm that even inter-voivod criminal groups are incapable to avoid responsibility.
