Ordinary household appliances have countless functions and parameters. In making a simple choice, we request to consider many “for” and “for”. How, then, is the average citizen expected to measure the legitimacy or unwarranted construction of the CPK – Central Communication Port located only 70 km from the geometric centre of Poland?
It is natural in specified cases to follow the opinion of authorities, preferably that these authorities should besides be professionals. On the CPK, we can make a ranking of opinions and their credibility for our own use. We know that Germany is against the construction of CPK. Similarly, Donald Tusk and leading politicians of the government's coalition from 8 stars are of the same opinion. Rafał Trzaskowski has an airport in Berlin and that's adequate for him and Simon Holownia is ready to accept the airport itself, but without rail connections he considers them: "FAraonian ideas of drawing, from the whim of a pen, communication spoke across Poland". He's ready to cry over the spokes like he did over the Constitution.
We know who's against it, but do we know who's in favour? According to British agency Ernst & Young With more than 700 offices in 150 countries, the state budget for the construction of the airport will return after 12 years, only from customs and VAT revenues. The Agency forecasts that in the span of respective years from the minute of the return of investments, the Polish budget will receive PLN 200 billion from customs and taxes alone. The consortium of Vinci Airports and the IFM Global Infrastructure Fund reported their willingness to invest PLN 8 billion in the construction of the CPK, in exchange for taking number shareholdings (49 %) in CPK. The Paris-based Airports Consortium is simply a global leader in large infrastructure processes. It operates in 120 countries and participates in managing and operating 65 airports in 12 countries. The IFM Global Infrastructure Fund is an infrastructure investment fund based in Australia. It manages assets with a full value of about $143 billion, participates in investments related to the construction and expansion of 17 airports on respective continents.
April 25, 2024 The Council of Polish economical Entrepreneurs sent a letter to Prime Minister Donald Tusk on the construction of the CPK. This letter is attached to this text so that everyone can read this letter and take into account the arguments it contains. Therefore, I quote the full list of companies that are members of the RPPG:
Adamed Canpack Cinkcier.pl Columbus Energy
FAKRO G2A PL Green Holding Inter Cars
Maspex Mercator Medical Oshee Rohlig Suus
Selena FM Synthos Unimot Wawrzeszek ISS
Wielton and Wiśniowski
Now let everyone measure whether it is adequate for them, like Germany, the airport in Berlin, or whether they anticipate to build a CPK, as the biggest Polish entrepreneurs postulate.
Mr Bogdan
P.S.
On 22 April 2024, the Provincial of Mazowiecki suspended the procedure for approval to enter the property, in order to carry out geological works, for the improvement of the concept of "Road strategy linking the CPK Airport to the public road network".
