Court acquitted a soldier for shooting at the border with Belarus

The Military Garrison Court in Lublin acquitted on Wednesday 25-year-old Private Karol S., accused of exceeding his rights and exposing people to direct danger of failure of life or severe injury to health. The incidental occurred on 25 March 2024 in the area of Dubicz Church, where a soldier fired 12 authoritative weapons shots during an intervention against a group of migrants pushing the border.
