Cases relating to the conversion of pensions in connection with the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal of 4 June 2024 are so complicated that pensioners are frequently exempt from fees (in the event of losing an unjustified dispute with the Social safety Office). The court then uses the phrase: "there was a peculiarly justified accident in the form of subjective conviction of the applicant of the merits of the claim in the light of the Constitutional Court judgment."
