

The event occurred about 10 a.m. local time (2 in Poland). The Korean Air Force reported that "eight MK-82 general intent bombs were incorrectly dropped from KF-16 Air Force aircraft and they fell outside the designated field of fire".
Seven people were injured, including 4 severely injured. The church building was damaged, 2 residential houses and many infrastructure elements. Yonhap Agency informs that it has been decided to evacuate residents in connection with the removal of unexploded explosions.
The Air Force reported that they initiated an investigation into the accident and apologized for the harm to civilians.
Freedom Shield 2025 Exercises

MK-82 is an undirected aviation bomb utilized to destruct buildings and bridges, which creates a crater with a diameter of about 8 m and a depth of over 2 m. The blast radius of 1 bomb is about the size of a football field.
