Construction of the would-be Orka begins

At the Surabaya shipyard in Indonesia, a ceremony was held to cut the sheets for the first Indonesian Scorpène-class submarine. Ships of this kind were previously proposed to the Polish m.in in the Orka program (in the variant with cruise missiles).
