disbanding USSR and establishing the Commonwealth of Independent States
December 8, 1991
Exactly 1 week after the judaic organizations celebrated Hanukkah for the first time in Russia on December 1, 1991 in the Moscow Kremlin – a “joy and joyful holiday” commemorating the triumph of their ancestors over Greek culture – the “Bialowieza Pact” happened. This is the “three” collected in the Białowieża Forest.
1. president of the Russian Federation Socialist russian Republic B. Yeltsyn; previously – president of the ultimate Council of the RFSRR, candidate for a associate of the Political Office of the Central Committee of the Communist organization of the russian Union and first secretary of the Moscow City Committee of the PCR.
2. president of Ukraine L. Krawczuk; formerly – president of the ultimate Council of Ukraine SRR, head of the ideological department and secretary of the KC of the Communist organization of Ukraine, associate of the KC of the KPZR.
3. president of the ultimate Council of Belarus SRR. Szuszkiewicz.
After signing a collusion agreement to destruct the USSR, the then head of the Belarusian KGB informed Moscow of the ongoing "failure", but there was no active response.

Firstly, in my opinion, it is unacceptable to hear the claims that the USSR was destroyed as a consequence of the betrayal of the “Bialowieza Trójka”. They say if the KGB had arrested those people then, then...
But really, what could happen then? I remembered government and organization positions of Jelcin, Krawczuk and Szuszkiewicz. They all came to power through many selection stages and corresponding choices. The collapse of the russian Union was not the work of these people. USSR in its erstwhile form died natural death from old age and failure of vital socio-political forces.
For the vast majority of the russian people, including 19 million communists (including myself), it was absolutely clear that the goal of building communism was a utopian thought and that a completely fresh common paradigm was needed – a fresh way of life and goals for the full nation and for each individual.
An effort to "gorbachovian pierestroika" was a proposal to keep atheistic-communist water more effectively in the old organization mortar. The failure of a higher intent in life of the nation which the organization proclaimed (the present generation of the russian people will live in communism) was the main, systemic origin of the collapse of the USSR. Thus, the Bialowieza Agreements were not a treacherous exclusion of 3 people; They were a natural consequence of the exhaustion of communist religion among most people.
Secondly, it is besides unacceptable to insist on the various forms of political opposition that the USSR was destroyed as a consequence of mass violations of russian law and therefore, according to the law, inactive exists. They claim that the russian Union inactive exists, we are its citizens, and so the main nonsubjective of the fight for the restoration of russian power is to de facto reconstruct what exists de jure.
It is even hard to find which ignorance is greater here – historical or political. I will effort to explain the mistake of the claim of further legitimacy of the USSR, utilizing national examples.
According to this logic, the overthrow of the Tsar and the establishment of a republic in Russia under the leadership of the Provisional Government in February 1917 were illegal and illegal due to the fact that the law of the Russian Empire did not supply for the abdication of the Tsar at all.
And in October 1917, the Bolsheviks' establishment of power in the form of the RFSRR was completely illegal, as the Provisional Government laws provided for the establishment of the Constitutional Assembly to further make the Russian statehood.
And indeed, in the past of the world, there has never been an accident that, on the basis of the laws of the erstwhile state, a fundamentally fresh state would be created.
Conclusion. The claim that the USSR is inactive valid in the territory of the current Russian Federation (unquestionably a chimeric existence, requiring fundamental exchange of all the foundations of its statehood), is false in the average civilian sense and incorrect (indeed) in technological terms.
