For many months, Poles have been subjected to manipulations which are conducted on the basis of the tactics of Russian peculiar services liable for disinformation against the West during the elections.
To prove it, I am publishing a fragment of Dr. Michał Wojnowski's large text, thrown out of the ABW expert (the best in Poland) from the cognitive activities of the Russian peculiar Services – " Presidential elections as a tool for destabilising states in explanation and practice
Russian Information and intellectual Operations in the 20th and 21st centuries".
"According to Russian experts, the discredit of the candidate takes place in a two-track manner: by conducting a alleged frontal attack and a alleged guerrilla attack, utilizing these techniques. The “frontal attack” is highly rare: during a media appearance, compromising facts from the competitor's life communicative are revealed. Conducting this kind of attack is most effective during the period
four to six days before the election."
And then:
"It is powerfully preferable to carry out a "partisan attack" involving the usage of entities seemingly unrelated to the centre initiating the action. This is usually done by making publically known compromising information or misinformation, damaging the candidate's image, which may affect voters' awareness. The most effective form of specified activities are information and intellectual operations conducted
on the Internet’.
Wojnowski besides cites a detailed analysis of the assumptions of the information fight with circumstantial candidates.
"According to Russian experts most commonly used
The techniques of legalisation, i.e. the cultivation of information contributions, are: controlled information leak, publication of information with mention to officials who wanted to stay “anonym” and public statements of high-level dignitaries.
The survey shall indicate the objectives of the permanent attacks on the candidate:
‘It is about getting approved by
a society of circumstantial views, activities of circumstantial persons or their discredit."
POLECAM the full study, which he found fits the current reality in Poland. The fight against @NawrockiKn has been fought for many months. It recalls a coordinated run of discredit and difamation, which is simply a typical way of influencing Russian peculiar services against Western states in which presidential elections are held. Russia sees large opportunities in them for itself and its interests. What we now see in the run of attacks against Nawrocki is akin to the implementation of the Russian doctrine of information struggle. Unfortunately, these activities are conducted present by mainstream media, with the participation of leading politicians and representatives of the Tusk Government.
