For over 3 years, the war in Ukraine has affected the social sentiments in Poland. According to the IBRIS survey, over 63% of us fear the threat to the existence of the state and 36.7 percent declare their willingness to escape in the event of an attack. The readiness to fight and defend the neighbours is decreasing, individualism and caution in social relations are increasing - IBRiS estimates.
According to a fresh IBRiS poll for PAP (Polish Press Agency) 63.3 percent. respondents believe that there is presently a threat to the existence of Poland. This is an increase of 7.2 percent points compared to the erstwhile year.

Only 14 percent of Poles declare their willingness to give their lives for their homeland. Most, due to the fact that 42.8 percent would like to support defence financially. 16.3 percent declared a deficiency of desire for any form of commitment.
