The draft budget bill for 2026 has already gone to the Presidential Palace, and the decision of the head of state must be made within 7 days. Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański clearly declares that there are no substantive grounds for questioning the constitutionality of the budget and directing it to the Constitutional Court.
