What is next with the Constitutional Court after the judgement of the TEU? Hundreds of judgments to be challenged

In order to avoid multi-million-dollar penalties, the Constitutional Tribunal must be reformed immediately, the judges' vacancy is placed and the judges' benches removed from the tribunal – experts say. They foresee that following the judgement of the EU Court, Polish courts may competition certain decisions of the Constitutional Tribunal.
