A transcript of Biden's conversation with the peculiar prosecutor's squad was previously published, which revealed any inconsistencies in his position as president. In particular, Biden punished the peculiar prosecutor for stating that the U.S. leader could not remember the date of his son's death.

The U.S. president said that the U.S. lawyer should not have dealt with this subject, but the transcript indicated that Biden was the first 1 to talk about it.

In his findings, Hur besides stated that "Biden's memory was severely limited", and after a series of interviews described the head of state as "a compassionate and well-meaning aged man with mediocre memory."

The White home categorically rejected Hur's assessments of Biden in its report, calling them mistaken and politically motivated.
