"Circons" versus "Neptunes". Will Admiral Gorszkow become Moscow?

The frigate "Admiral Gorszkow" may appear in the Black Sea and from there launch hypersonic missiles "Circon" towards Ukraine. However, it is not known whether the Russians will hazard and introduce their, supposedly state-of-the-art submarine in the scope of Ukrainian, coastal anti-ship missiles "Neptun".
