China's economy grew by 4.5% annually in the 3rd 4th of 2026, according to the National Statistical Office on Monday. This consequence brings Beijing closer to achieving its yearly economical nonsubjective despite the weakening home request and the real property crisis.
– Overall, in the first 3 quarters, the national economy was moving forward thanks to the improvement of advanced quality, innovation-based, despite expanding pressure," said Mao Shengyong's deputy director. He besides highlighted the unstable global environment.
The consequence achieved in the 3rd 4th was higher than the forecasts of analysts who expected an increase of 4.4%.
The export sector, driven by global request for artificial intelligence technologies, remains the main driver of growth. In September alone Chinese exports increased by as much as 36.3 percent annually. Industrial production increased by 5.5% annually in the same month.
