The Chinese ship investigation centre (CSSRC) presented a device capable of cutting cables at a depth of up to 4 1000 metres below sea level, writes the diary "South China Morning Post" on Saturday. This is the first case of authoritative disclosure of a tool that could disrupt global communication.
