The People's Republic of China (PRC) intends, one more time in fresh years, to allocate more financial resources than in the erstwhile year to its defence. Premier Li Keqiang said that his state must now increase the preparation of its Chinese People's Liberation Army (ChALW), and this is motivated both by the implementation of long-term modernization plans and gathering complex safety challenges.
