This year's planet Airport Awards 2024, among the top 100 airports in the planet included 8 Chinese airports. The ranking developed by Skytrax on site 11 included HongKong ChekLapKok global Airport (chin. 香港赤腊角国际机场), ranked at most among Chinese airports. another places were:
- Place 27. HaiKou MeiLan global Airport (chin. 海口美兰国际机场), besides recognised as the best regional airport with the best airport personnel in China;
- Place of 35. GuangZhou BaiYun global Airport (chin. 广州白云国际机场);
- seat 37. ShenZhen BaoAn global Airport (chin. 深圳宝安国际机场 ),
- place of 44. ShangHai HongQiao global Airport (chin. 上海虹桥国际机场),
- Place of 66. China TaiWan Taoyuan global Airport (chin. 中国台湾桃园机场),
- seat 73. ChengDu ShuangLiu global Airport (chin. 成都双流国际机场),
- seat 98. ChangSha HuangHua global Airport (chin. 长沙黄花国际机场).
For the second time in a row, the best airport in Central and east Europe is Liszt global Airport in Budapest (in full classification at 77th place). There is no Polish airport in the top hundred.

1 planet Airport Awards – these are prestigious awards in the airport industry, awarded by voting by passengers as part of the largest, yearly global survey of their service satisfaction at individual airports. The first planet Airport Awards were awarded in 1999. The latest was conducted from August 2023 to March 2024. By means of surveys, passengers share their experience of briefings, handling after arrival, transfers, purchases, security, border checks (immigration), handling at “gay” and the comfort of reaching aircraft.
2 In the top 100 rankings there are no of the 2 capital airports, namely Beijing Capitol Airport (chin. 北京首都国际机场) and DaXin global AirportCapital Airport (chin. 北京大信国际机场) and it surprises.
3 2 Chinese airlines, Air China (chin. 中国国际航空) and China east (chin. 中国东方航空), operate direct connections to Budapest from:
- Beijing
- ChongQing (chin. 重庆),
- Shanghai and
- NingBo (chin. 宁波).
4 From 24 June this year, China HaiNan Airlines (chin. 中国海南航空公司) launches direct flights (three times a week) on the Beijing-Prague line.
