China: civilian manufacture Supports "Big Jump" Army

The People's Republic of China, although inactive a communist country, has successfully benefited from solutions developed by the leading economies of the Western planet (and not only). The same is actual of the army, which has taken over many of the organizations, tactics, and rules of training for years developed in another armies. And in order for this military to have adequate capacity to implement Beijing's short and long-term policy, it must be systematically equipped with equipment utilizing the latest available technologies.
