Zelenski reported on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces took prisoner 2 Chinese citizens who fought on Russia's side in the Donetsk region, in the east of Ukraine. A day later, he declared that Ukrainian intelligence has information about 155 Chinese citizens fighting in the ranks of the Russian army against Ukraine. He added that Beijing knows about recruiting Chinese for war.

“We advise the applicable parties to look honestly and wisely at the function of China and not to make irresponsible remarks,” said Chinese MFA spokesperson Lin JianPlease comment on these reports.
