The Chinese government doubled subsidies for the current year for the exchange of consumer products to 300 billion yuan ($41.47 billion). These include 15-20% of the acquisition price of selected products, specified as smartphones and household appliances. This extension of the programme of 2024, which had a value of 150 billion yuan and afraid a smaller scope of products, writes CNBC.
