Changing of the defender in the Italian Air Force

On June 12, a symbolic ceremony was held at the Galatina Air Base in Italy to mark the withdrawal from operational service of the T-339A combat training jet aircraft and the initiation of the formal operation of their successors, the Leonardo T-345A.
