In July 2026. The president signed the Act of 11 June 2026 on the amendment of the Social Assistance Act, while referring it to the Constitutional Court in follow-up control (and post-tertiori). The amendment regulates the care strategy provided at the place of residence – it harmonises the rules for the provision of care services, improves their quality and adapts them to the needs of those benefiting from social assistance. The changes represent the next phase of implementation of the National Reconstruction Plan. But what will TK decide?
