Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Szmyhal resigned on Tuesday, as reported in the Telegram communicator. The day before, president Volodymyr Zelenski proposed that after the reconstruction of the government Shmyhal take over the portfolio of the Minister of Defence - informed the Ukrainian fact portal.
