WOT Training Centre has a fresh headquarters

With the beginning of 2026, its location changed the Training Centre for Territorial Defence Army. The unit operating in Toruń from 2 January this year began its activity in Grudziądz. The transfer of CSWOT is linked to plans to grow the unit's training activities.

"In accordance with the decisions made by the General Staff of the Polish Army and the Command of the Territorial Defence Army, from the following year, CSWOT is to supply training for the undergraduate Academy of Land Forces. The facility will run six and twelve-month courses for military students," said Dr. Krzysztof Stańczyk.

On 2 January this year, the Territorial Defence Military Training Center took over the facilities at Jagiełły Street in Grudziądz, where from now on the authoritative office of CSWOT soldiers will be located. Thanks to the decision to the fresh location, soldiers won not only their own facility (so far CSWOT was located on the facilities of another Units), but besides sports and logistics infrastructure. It will not only let the existing training opportunities to be expanded, but above all it will let for the implementation of the planned training of sub-trainers of the Academy of Land Forces since the beginning of 2027.
