The units of the "cadiers", i.e. troops of Chechnya leader Ramzan Kadyrov, and besides managed by prokremlian businessman Evgeny Prigożyn, a private military company, known as Wagner's group, were formed mainly to counter the centrifugal movements in Russia - said the typical of Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) Andrij Czerniak.
