Former MS Head of Service Reform: Courts are to become a real supervisor of operational control

In an interview with the Polish Press Agency Senator Adam Bodnar spoke about changes in the surveillance of wiretaps as part of a wider service reform. As pointed out by the erstwhile head of the Ministry of Justice, the aim is to change the court from a formal ‘signatory’ to a real supervisory body that examines the proportionality and legitimacy of the measures taken.
