The erstwhile minister was found dead in the city of Odincowo in Moscow region - the diary “Iswiestia” reported. Starowojt managed the transport department from May 2024. He previously held the office of politician of the Kursk Oblast, adjacent to the Ukrainian Sumic Oblast for nearly 5 years.
