Former advisor to Putin considered a "foreign agent"

Sergei Markov, a Russian prokremlian political scientist, erstwhile associate of the State Duma and erstwhile advisor to Vladimir Putin, was declared a "foreign agent". The Moscow Ministry of Justice decided on this. Markow thinks he didn't deserve it.
