Former PARP manager Katarzyna Duber-Stachurska claims that the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy is liable for the controversy surrounding the HoReCa KPO programme. As she stressed, "the Ministry knew about boats", and the Minister "personally intervened to loosen the first rules". The MPIPR chief responded to her statement.
