The aggression of immigrants who illegally effort to cross our border with Belarus is growing. To this end, they began to usage a new, dangerous form of attack – throwing burning branches of trees at border defenders. Borderers are besides cast with stones and vulgar names. According to the reports of immigrants detained on the Polish side of the border, they are frequently forced to behave aggressively by officials of the Belarusian services.
The dangerous situation on the Polish-Belarusian border continues all the time. Illegal immigrants are constantly trying to push the Polish border. Also, the number of foreigners trying to cross the border does not decrease. The last day was 105 people. Among the detainees were citizens of Syria, India and Iran. 12 people turned back to Belarus at the sight of Polish patrols.
There are no women and children among immigrants trying to pass. These are young, strong, men. A dangerous event occurred again in the area protected by the facility in the Church Dubich and Bialowieża. Polish patrols were thrown around by burning branches of trees. Throwing firewood in borderers has been going on for days. – The thrown branches were falling just behind the steel fence, on the method road, patrols were immediately extinguishing, but it was dangerous, could have reached the fire of the Białowieża Forest, which is presently very dry said Major Katarzyna Zdanowicz, spokesperson for the Podlaskie Border defender Branch.
There are besides stones thrown by immigrants, with quite a few strength, in the defenders of the border. Only by God's aid was no 1 injured. But if this senseless aggression continues, it can yet happen.
Migrants detained on the Polish side of the border claim that the Belarusian services order them to go to the border and behave aggressively, teach how to throw stones and branches. On the basis of these statements, the prosecution has already placed respective representatives of the Belarusian services on the list of persons prosecuted by law. In our country, specified applications to the prosecutor's office were made, among others, by immigrants themselves, whose Belarusian officials beat up due to the fact that they refused to go to the border.
According to the Border defender data, since the beginning of the year there have been over 21.8 1000 illegal attempts to cross the Polish-Belarusian border. In March and April there were about 2.5 1000 specified attempts, in May about 3,000. In June, too, little than 3,000 were recorded. In July there were 4,000 specified attempts, in August almost 2.8 thousand, and in September - little than 1.1 thousand. Illegal migrants detained this year by officers of the Podlaskie SG Branch came from over 50 countries.
Migrants inspired by Belarusian services push the Polish border to get to selected countries of Western Europe as shortly as possible. The country most commonly indicated by them is Germany, then France, as well as Sweden and the Netherlands. The net is full of visa notices to various countries in the European Union, but besides Canada, the United States. They all cost thousands of US dollars and are sold by smugglers.
