Bundeswehr needs more money to upgrade

EUR 100 billion of a peculiar fund is not adequate to modernise the Bundeswehr - says Bundestag's typical for the armed forces Eva Hoegl. "We do not collect our own data, but I hear from experts and soldiers that 300 billion euros would be needed to make crucial changes to the Bundeswehr" - she said.
