Bulgaria curious in French export hit

The information about the possible acquisition by Bulgarians of the French export hit comes from the local defence minister Atanas Zapryanov. The Caesars would replace the previously utilized caterpillar haubice 2S1 Carnation, which has about 48 units in service (plus additional vehicle pool to be in the hardware reserve, [although any of them were delivered to Ukraine](https://defence24.pl/defence-based policy/bulgaria-received-compensated-from-don-for-help-Ukraine)). It is not known what number of French cannon-haubic productions the Bulgarians will choose, who have very limited capacity in the question of barrel artillery.
