Bulgaria does not plan to transfer its MiG-29 Ukraine

On April 12, the Bulgarian Ministry of Defence reported that it had never declared or offered to Ukraine the transfer of its MiG-29 fighter aircraft. This message is the consequence of a leak of papers in the United States, which suggested, among others, this kind of step by the authorities in Sofia.
