Bulgaria may transfer MiGi-29 Ukraine, but not for free (+)

In consequence to re-emerging reports of the anticipation of transfer Ukraine fighters MiG-29 Bulgarian defence ministry denied that it would hold talks about specified donation. At the same time, however, inforumje – "Ministry successively talks about the anticipation of implementing alleged "tripartite agreements" to replace part of available weapons with an allied country, thus preventing failure of capacity."
