Quoted by the "The and Paper" military expert Marco Wyss emphasizes that British peculiar forces have not traditionally been utilized as peacekeeping units, but their ability to respond quickly, as well as intelligence experience, make it possible to lead the "coalitions of the willing" in Ukraine.
