W Easter Monday in the streets of Kępna was a shocking robbery. 28-year-old attacked a random passerby, beat him and robbed him. Thanks to an immediate police response, the perpetrator was detained and any of the loot recovered. The court decided to arrest him temporarily for 3 months. Even 15 years in prison.
Shocking Event
On April 21, a violent assault occurred on 1 of Kępna Street. The perpetrator, a 28-year-old resident of the city, harassed the victim and requested information on the state of his bank account. erstwhile the victim gave the amount, the attacker hit her in the head, threatening to die, and then forced her to retreat money from the ATM.
During the struggle, the man pushed the victim, pulled the hood, and exerted strong intellectual force on her. After the cash was paid, he led the victim in the yard of the tenement, where he continued to beat him up – he punched, kicked his head and demanded more money.
Material harm and loss
During the attack, he destroyed the victim's phone, smashing it to the ground. He stole PLN 2000 and a Michael Kors watch worth approx. PLN 1000. He besides tried to take another PLN 3,500, but he failed. The victim suffered multiple injuries.
Rapid police consequence and detention
Thanks to the effective actions of the criminal department officers of the territory Police Command in Kępno, the 28-year-old was rapidly detained. A stolen watch and any cash were found on him during the search.
Mł. asp. Anita Siege, the press officer of the Kupina police, reported that the perpetrator heard the charges:
- robbery,
- damage to property,
- violations of physical immunity,
- directing criminal threats.
Kępno territory Court decided to three months' temporary arrest. For his actions, he threatens fines up to 15 years imprisonment.
Summary
This is another example of how the fast consequence of the services can lead to the capture of a dangerous criminal. The perpetrator, utilizing violence, not only robbed his victim, but besides exposed her to serious injuries. Now he has severe criminal responsibility.
