Brussels is prosecuting Poland for air quality negligence

The European Commission has filed a complaint against Poland with the Court of Justice of the EU. The issue is that citizens and social organizations inactive do not have the anticipation to effectively challenge the alleged air protection programs adopted by regional authorities.
