Brussels offered Trump an energy-investment Netherlands? "Clean fantasy"

The European Commission, in a trade agreement with the US, promised 600 billion dollars in investment in the United States and purchases of US LNG and oil for 750 billion dollars. Analysts think it's a fantasy.
