Bronisław Komorowski: “We are not safe! Buy without plan and strategy”

During his speech Komorowski spared no words of criticism against the way Poland spends resources on defence. He pointed out the deficiency of a comprehensive strategy and papers to guide the modernisation of the armed forces.
