Head of British Intelligence encourages Russians to cooperate with MI6

The head of the British MI6 intelligence Richard Moore called on those Russians on Wednesday who are terrified of the horrors of Vladimir Putin's war against Ukraine to "join us" and spy for Britain to aid end the bloodshed.
