Brazil is looking for a fresh base tank

Information about the launch of the Brazilian Army General's marketplace consultation was given by the Army task Office (EPPex) on 1 August 2024. Their goal was to see what military decision-makers could get in the Viaturas Blindadas de Combate Carro (VBC CC) program concerning the acquisition of 65 tanks. As part of the consultation, the contracting authority wishes to get information on, among others, the specifications of vehicles, their price and possible regionalisation of production. Initially, the tendering period was to be closed for 1 November, but the deadline was extended until 20 December.
