For lifeguards for their demonstrated valor during the action and for institutions for their actions to save lives more effectively – in specified categories is awarded the manager of the Military Medical Institute Animus Fortis (The Men's Spirit). By the end of February, candidates, besides from military ranks, can be submitted for this year's edition of this award.

The award is awarded in 2 categories: individual and for the institution. A discrimination in the first 1 can be received for valor and sacrifice during rescue action. The winner can be a individual serving or working in an institution connected with rescue, including: military, police, fire department, wellness care, Water Volunteer Rescue, Mountain Volunteer Rescue or Tatra Volunteer Rescue. On the another hand, a "institution" category may be honoured by a company or body making changes to the wellness strategy to save lives more effectively. In addition, the chapter may grant honorary diplomas in both categories.

Candidates for the 8th edition of Animus Fortis, besides from the ranks of the Polish Army, can be submitted by the end of February. The applications must relate to rescue actions and achievements of 2024. The winners will be chosen by General Gielerak. It includes representatives of the Ministers: Defence, Home Affairs and wellness and the Ujazdowski infirmary Association, the portal “Health Market”, the diary “Military Doctor” and the Military Medical Institute. The awards and awards will be presented during the legislature of wellness Challenges in Katowice from 13 to 14 March.

The first WIM award was awarded in 2018. The prize for the winners of the competition is simply a statue which is simply a miniature monument to the orderly. The originators of this pre-war monument were Gen. Stefan Hubicki, Chief of the Officer Sanitary School in Warsaw, operating in the area of Ujazdowski Castle, and Gen. Stanisław Rouppert, Head of the wellness Service Department of the Ministry of Military Affairs.

The plan of a monument commemorating doctors who died in battles for regaining independency was performed by 1 of the most prominent sculptors of the time by Edward Wittig, prof. of the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, author of the Warsaw monument of Lotnik. The artist designed a monument depicting an orderly in a military uniform supporting the arms of an injured soldier. Unfortunately, the outbreak of planet War II interrupted work on obelisk and the monument was not created.
