The deficiency of a department of manufacture results in protests in Silesia

Miners and metallurgists organized a protest before the Silesian Provincial Office. They protested against announcements of a change in the social contract with miners. After the liquidation of the Ministry of manufacture and the cancellation of Minister Marzena Czarnecka in Silesia, there is simply a deficiency of individual who could talk to miners.
