On 13 December 1918, troops consisting of junior advanced school youth took part in a controversy against the Ukrainian troops at Nizankowice. 1 of them, a division of the 10th Infantry Regiment, suffered peculiarly severe losses -12 of the fallen Przemysl students and paramedics. For the commemoration of young people, called Przemysl Eagles, who fought and died in defence of Przemysl and Lviv and another parts of Poland, the industrial society founded the monument of Przemysl Eagles, at which, as all year, 2024 celebrations commemorating Przemysl Eagles and Lviv were held.

Jerzy Michotek in his book “Only in Lviv” presented the celebrations organized by the Second Polish Government to commemorate the heroic fight Orląt o recovered Polish lands:
"On 4 April 1925 in Warsaw, the then minister of military affairs, General Władysław Sikorski, addressed the delegates of military troops stationed in the capital's hall:

"The representatives of the government, troops and society gathered here present have the large honour to witness the draw of battles, which will be considered a symbol of many of our battles. From all over the earth the grave and the crosses will be chosen 1 place as the bloody mark of the struggles of respective generations for freedom, the full and the independency of the nation. In humility and honour, we are arrogant that this time at the grave of the Unknown Soldier, who died for his homeland, the Polish fanfare and the majesty of his ashes will be celebrated by his countrymen openly and proudly."

After a brief speech, Chief of General Staff, General Dyw. Stanislaw Haller gave 15 pages to the priest of the field bishop, on which the Historical Office of the General Staff set 15 most bloody battles from the last war... The youngest among the current bachelor of the Virtuti Militari order was called. It was the fire master of the 14th Regiment (a regiment of light artillery), an teacher of artillery cases, Józef Buczkowski. He approached a black urn standing on the table, to which the bishop threw mixed at all the pages, pulled out 1 of them and handed to Minister Sikorski. This 1 read it out loud:

The Commission exhumed the corpse of 1 of the defenders buried at the Łychczak Cemetery, which as a symbol of the sacrificial dedication for their homeland were transported to Warsaw to the Grave of the Unknown Soldier.

The transfer of the body of the Unknown Soldier from the Lion Defender Cemetery to the Archathedal Basilica in Lviv took place on 30 X 1925 . The decoration of the city was excellent thanks to the artistic-decoration committee, in which, alongside the president of Dr Czolowski, the longtime manager of the Municipal Archives, were artists of this measure, specified as Batowski, Rozwadowski, Harasimowicz, Filipowicz, Lichota and others.

Since 14th there are unwavering waves of audiences and youth. Each of the tens of schools stood in a pre-designated position in a model ordinal, under the guidance of educators. At 15 p.m., Rev. Zachowski infested with the chaplains Fr.Mjr. Bombay and Fr.Mjr.Blich and the many clergy, prayed, after 8 officers decorated with the cross Virtuti Militari took the coffin on their shoulders and abolished after the steps of the terrace the chapel of defenders of Lviv.

On both sides of the coffin were soldiers walking with burning torches. The coffin was faced by delegations of schools and clergy and a soldier with a cross. erstwhile the march came before the tow truck, on which the fine remains were laid, a specially composed cantata, an honorary company and a cavalry squadron presented the weapon, the 40 pp orchestra played a national anthem. 2 honorary troops of infantry and cavalry joined behind the cemetery gate at the sounds of the 14th Ulanów Jazłowiecki Orchestra.

31 X Lviv escorted the Nameless Hero from his battles to the railway station. Crowds of the public, pilgrimages of military and civilian dignitaries, representation of associations. At 9 a.m. Archbishop Twardowski began a ceremony mass in the ass of the dignitaries of the Church and during the singing of the choir "Lutnia Matrix". On behalf of the Army of the Republic, General Malczewski submitted a laurel wreath. A soldier with a cross appeared on the front of the march, and the secular and monastic clergy of 3 rites led by the Archbishops of Twardowski and Teodorovich began the march.

When the coffin appeared on the arms of 8 Virtuti Militari bachelors before entering the cathedral, it called himself a citadel of Lviv cannonfire, and for this slogan was the solemn sound of the bells of all the Lviv churches, the sirens of railway steam locomotives and Lviv factories were bogged down, the full city held its life for 2 minutes. Then the march went on to Mariacki Square, where from the steps of Mickiewicz's monument they said goodbye to the Nameless Hero Gen. Malczewski, president Neumann and politician Garapich.

The conductor moved through the beautifully decorated streets towards the main station. The awesome conduct was led by General Thullie on horseback, further fanfare of the 14th Jazlowiecian Regiment and the squadron of this regiment blowing with a forest of white-yellow flags on the lances of Ulansk... This colorful course was followed by a series of Defenders of Lviv with banners, and then a forest of banners of traits and corporations. Orchestra 19 pp. preceded 2 chariots with wreaths. A soldier with a cross opened a mournful conduct with a tow truck with bodies of the Unknown Soldier. After the delay, representatives of the municipal and provincial authorities, generalization, consuls of abroad states, senators and MPs, senates of universities, insurgents of 1863, city council and delegations: Associations of Defenders of Lviv, Reserve Officers, War Invalids, Legionaries, Red Cross, features and yet orchestra 26 pp. and honorary company with banner...

All the railway stations that passed through, greeted the train with the sound of sirens, military units gave honors, played orchestras, folded wreaths in 2 carriages, manifested the population... everywhere crowds of people... Turtle, Rawa Ruska... Belg... Zamotic land... Topolczyca... The problem... Krasnystaw... in Rejowc a silver wreath with oak leaves from the inhabitants of Chełm's Land takes a delegation with the Chełm's politician at the head of Warsaw.

This is the last conviction of the anonymous author of the brochure "Lvov Defenders Cemetery" - ends the communicative by Jerzy Michotek. Now, look, I don't know the brave man who wrote this. If you're alive and if we meet, I'll give you the lion's cruel trick: I'll kiss your hand like I utilized to kiss Mom and Dad. But don't think, brave lioness, that in your fight for the fact of Lviv you were alone, listen, please, songs about land not ours. I wrote it after my last return from Lviv. I met a friend there with... I hesitate to say... but it's been so long, I met a mediate school friend, but not my year. He has a different name. He'd be dead under his own. I respected you. Understood.

He knows... They know precisely who and erstwhile they wear fresh flowers wherever they should be. I met another one; he put his finger on his mouth like a kid playing hide-and-seek. I've already been tough. There's another 1 out there. I can't name a name. I'm amazed my heart attack came so late. I wrote the song erstwhile the first of these 3 brought - at my request - 3 bags of earth; 1 from where the Unknown Soldier was exhumed, the another from the Pantheon bearing the inscription MORTUI SUNT UT LIBERI VIVAMUS (We died so that we could live free), the only 1 not "remote", the 3rd bag from the ground under the Monument of Glory. She sewed them herself and painted the wonders of the lion lady...

My Earth

I've got dirt in my home from a grave where no one's buried.
In it was Orla, a soldier among the Orlath soldiers,
Among the children they caught — erstwhile the Country was in need
For a firearm sometimes not smaller than itself
And they defended the city so everyone would know,
That this City —hero is ‘Semper Fidelis’

He believed that if he left, individual else would come back.
For he was taught at school that I would not quit the land!
“I will not quit! “I will not quit!
Remember! Remember! Remember!

He believed that erstwhile he would remainder in the blood of the washed earth
They will call out the living: “As long as we live!”
And erstwhile in Poland I search among those who guard
To “The Blood of the Last Drop”, destiny pointed to him
And they drove him out of the city where he bled out.
Solely, throughout Poland to Warsaw.
There's a place where he's been.
Today his grave is the tomb of the Unknown Soldier
Soldier Soldier Soldier
Remember! Remember! Remember!

Today, the wreaths bring to his memory
The Almighty of this world: kings, presidents,
Heads of states and churches, noble luminaries,
The Monarchs, as well as the first secretaries,

But erstwhile they lay these wreaths, erstwhile their foreheads bow
Before Him, do they know this? And do they remember,
That soldier The Unknown Faithful
Because he died for the freedom of his city - Lviv
Lion Lion...
Remember! Remember! Remember!

JESUS MICHOTE

And present they know precisely who and erstwhile they wear fresh flowers everywhere they should be and as then, argue it. Our occupation is to remember! Remember! Remember! - as the people of Przemyśl do.

Oh, my God.
