Godna Ratter: Do not bargain happiness from your children by denying them education
date:May 03, 2026 Editor: Anna

For the last 20 years, Africa has been subjected to multiple and strong political and financial pressures—in 2014 about the effects of external agents being forced into African governments, for what global governance calls "health and sexual and reproductive rights" (SRHR), Marguerite A wrote. Peeters in the Africa chapter in the conflict between life and death. It is an action programme that is the backbone of the global Demographic Conference of the United Nations on Population and Development, held in Cairo in 1994. Visionaries from Cairo have established that SRHRs must spread horizontally, across all individuals, across all cultures and religions. (Marguerite A. Peeters, 20 Years of “Health and Sexual and Reproduction Rights” in Africa, Warsaw 2014 .

After Africa, the time for Poland came in 2024. Minister Nowack despite opposition - representing parents, teachers, doctors, psychologists, educators - Coalition for the Salvation of the Polish School - as an SRHR agent, exerts political and financial force on Polish education, and aggressively implements the action plan from Cairo in Polish schools.

The fight against improvement 26, which "steals happiness from Polish children, denying them education", was discussed by Hanna Dobrowolska – an expert on education, coordinator of the Coalition for the Salvation of the Polish School and manager Marek Puzio – legal advisor, elder analyst of the Institute for Legal Culture Ordo Iuris. In 2014, Marguerite A. Peeters warned:
"When any intergovernmental consensus is false, erstwhile it does not represent the will of nations, but the will of a transnational arrangement of ideologists, governments have a moral work not to enter into it and defy external pressures to force them to implement a consensus: their work is to service the will of nations from which they have their mandate, and to represent that will. Even if they have agreed to specified a consensus as in the case of Cairo, they are not bound by it, as it is simply a vague document, without legal power.

If they discover now - better late than never - the perverseness of SRHR, it is their work to retreat from them. The fact is that since the Cairo Conference, most African governments, if not all, have allowed their policies of social development, wellness care and education - and frequently their legal strategy besides - to contaminate, at least to any extent, extremist elements of SRHR.

To the degree that they have committed this, their independence, authority, power and work for governing their peoples have sold abroad minorities, determined to introduce their ideological imagination of the planet on a global scale.

Since their historical breach in Cairo, SRHR agents have moved forward on the African continent with absolute determination. They subjected African governments to constant political pressure, primarily putting tactical implementation of the principles adopted in Cairo as an absolute condition for improvement assistance. For example, which wellness ministry in Africa present does not have a national reproductive wellness programme or could claim to have completely eluded their influence? Which Ministry of Education has not included in 1 way or another in its schoolcurriculum “sexual education” over the last 20 years?

The compromises of African governments with the normative framework from Cairo are simultaneously deepened and pushed in a circumstantial direction by the decisive influence that SRHR agents have had on continental institutions almost since they were created. The advancement of these agents by the African Union institutions is both political and legal- warned Marguerite A. Peeters. (Marguerite A. Peeters, 20 Years of “Health and Sexual and Reproduction Rights” in Africa, Warsaw 2014 )

Despite these warnings from 2014, the run of agents by the institutions, this time the European Union, takes place without opposition from the authorities. Compromises, despite the Polish government's awareness, with the normative framework from Cairo are besides deepened and pushed in a circumstantial direction by the decisive influence that SRHR agents exert on continental institutions. Fr Tadeusz Guz did not compromise, due to him Marguerite A. Peeters was invited to Poland in 2018.

"In the interwar period, the magazine "Family House" was published, addressed to women and men, showing them the paths which the Polish household should follow. It provided cognition about spiritual and ecclesiastical issues, shaping patriotic attitudes by reminding the complicated past of the country, national heroes and large Poles, defining the function of women in the home and social environment, sensitizing care in raising children, arranging relations between household members and friends. In addition, the magazine sought to guarantee that the modern Catholic household was not separated from the surrounding reality and from the various trends and fresh developments. The beginning of texts to the planet resulted in the promotion of the thought of national studies, the encouragement of cognition of distant cultures, the promotion of reading, the information of method novelties, and even a discreet proposition to choose comfortable, practical, inexpensive and fashionable clothes for parents and children. (Iwonna Michalska, Interwar household in the "Family House" (1925–1933)).

There was a decalogue aimed at women:
‘1) You won't have a home with diseases, feuds, fights, as long as you follow the rules of soul and body hygiene.
2. You won’t take medicine and superstition seriously, but if you are ill, you will search the advice of a light doctor.
3) Remember that as a Polish–Mother you are liable to God and Homeland for the moral and physical wellness of the nation.
4) Honor the dignity of your mother, Polish, wife, and housewife, and do not insult her by indifference to social matters through anger, quarrels, and laziness.
5) Do not kill in the hearts of your children religion in the power that flows from him who alone is the Light of the Eternal.
6) Do not talk the fire to others, but keep your cleanness.
7) DO NOT HAPPY YOUR CHILDREN, DECLARING THEIR ENFORCEMENT.
8) Do not say that you are powerless, but join your work willingly with Polish daughters, due to the fact that «Gromada is strength».
9) Do not desire riches, but wellness and education.
10) Neither by deed, nor by word, nor by thought, will you service hypocrisy and falsehood. You will love your children with all your heart. But she severely disciplined all that you would see evil." (Iwonna Michalska, Interwar household in the "Family House" (1925–1933)).

Oh, my God.
